The links below provide in-depth information regarding each seat lease opportunity. The Formula Call Center staff will work full-time on average 168 hours a month, 5 days a week on an agreed schedule. They can work any holiday schedule, which is pre- determined at the beginning of an agreement.

$7 employees are entry level in and out bound agents who are in high demand at call centers. Our pay and benefits schedule ensures that we will be able to select top candidates. Most employees at this level are Team Leaders for the $6 employee. The pay scale is substantially higher than competitors’ average and includes an insurance package.

$8 employees are better than most in and out bound Philippines call center agents, representing the top 15% of all Philippines call center employees. Our pay and benefits package will allow us to attract that experienced level of employee. Employees at this level are eligible for a private office, eliminating background noise.

The $9 employee is an experienced in and out bound Philippine call center agent who will receive a dedicated private office. At this level, there are high expectations on the potential salary an employee can earn. Competitors simply do not adequately raise the pay of employees who have spent a long time at one center. The Formula Call Center structure ensures well paid and happy employees.

At the $10 employee level, the skills and experience are such that your callers will have no idea that the agent is offshore. Our formula ensures that many of the very best of the call center agents and managers in the Philippines will gladly come to work at Formula Call Center to work on your account. You will be extremely happy with the caliber of agent representing your business.

With the $11 employee salary and benefits package Formula Call Center is able to attract the best call center agents. No other call center in the Philippines has operated with this formula before. The employee will have a dedicated, private office and be highly motivated to retain you
as a client.
